We accept orders only on the basis that you have read our terms and conditions and that placing your order confirms that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

Delivery

I aim to dispatch all items as soon as possible, however due to the jewellery being a "one off" product there may be a slight delay.  If this is the case I will contact you immediately to explain and provide a delivery date.

We would normally expect your package to be with your within 3-7 working days, however living on a island the postal service is subject to weather conditions e.g. fog.

This information is for your guidance only and if your order is very urgent we advise telephoning to check on stock levels and asking for a Special Delivery service.

In all circumstance the customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify Gingerbread Jewellery either by email (requesting a read receipt) or by telephone.

If delivery is required outside the UK please contact Gingerbread Jewellery via email to discuss alternative delivery charges.

Payment

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card including Visa, MasterCard, and Switch via the Papal checkout system. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order secure. All payments by credit/debit card are performed using a secure server provided by PayPal at no extra cost to the customer.

Prices

All prices are correct at time of publishing and are subject to availability.  Please note, due to our location (Guernsey) no V.A.T is included.  Customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs incurred during the import over and above the prepaid shipping charges.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This must be sent to us in writing, either by post or email.

You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, as Gingerbread Jewellery cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returns.

We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 14 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing or by email from you. Goods must be returned to us in the condition supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
